Location:
Lake Haven Home Megacentre is located approximately 50km south of Newcastle in the Suburb of Lake Haven. The centre is located on the corner of the busy Pacific Highway and Lake Haven Drive.

The catchment area for Lake Haven extends 20km North and 10km South of the centre. The estimated resident population of the catchment area at September 2009 was 107,853. Population growth within the catchment area averaged 1.7% per annum between 2001 and 2009. Population growth within the catchment area mainly occurred within approximately 5km of the Lake Haven Home Megacentre. The short term forecast is for the population to reach 122,143 by 2014, reflecting an average growth rate of 2.5% between 2009 and 2014.
